The hotel was fairly clean and descent. The breakfast was very very good, plus the location was excellent and perfect.

The value for money at this hotel was great and the room was clean and comfortable. The location right on the beach offers a beautiful view of the sea. The staff treated us well, with a senior receptionist even providing a grace period for our checkout and helping us get adjacent rooms. The complimentary South Indian breakfast spread was delicious and enjoyable for my family.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better is if there were more options available.

overall i spent my time lovely. i was offered a room with great views on sea. the breakfast was well prepared and complimentary with a lot of choice. location: the hotel was right by the temples there and temple and shiva statue and murdeshwar n beach. murudeshwara beach was 400 feet from the venue. everything was simply nice.

Location just next door to the beach and Murudeshwar temple, and restaurant. Plenty of outstanding food for meals.

our honeymoon trip to mavalli was made even more incredible by our stay at rns residency. the breathtaking sea views from our balcony left us speechless. the staff was extremely helpful and the breakfast buffet was delicious. we can't wait to come back again!

I recently stayed at Rns Residency and had a great experience. The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance of both the famous temple and the stunning beach in Murudeshwar. The view from the sea facing rooms is absolutely amazing, providing a picturesque backdrop throughout the day. The restaurant serves delicious food, and I particularly enjoyed the breakfast spread. Additionally, ample parking is available, making it convenient for guests with vehicles.

The spacious rooms offered breathtaking views of the sea, the nearby temple, and the magnificent Lord Shiva statue. The hotel's restaurant also provided a lovely sea view. The staff was courteous and made every effort to ensure our stay was comfortable. We especially enjoyed the complimentary buffet breakfast, which was delicious. Our children had a great time exploring the area and experiencing the beauty of Murudeshwar.

My children wanted a dedicated play area for them to enjoy.

I had a lovely time at this low-budget hotel. The rooms were comfy and mine was beautiful with a bathroom and twin beds. The staff was consistently courteous and fairly friendly the whole time of my stay. The location was stunning and fantastic, right at the seafront. Additionally, it was close to a temple, monument, and beach. The property met all my requirements without any complaints.
